He is 16 and a half months old and ever since I had him, the only vet I took him to was this one that neutered him which was on May 11 of this year. I know I'm not overlooking or underlooking it. Even my husband asked me what it was a week after his neutering procedure. We thought it would wash off so we didn't bring it to their attention immediately.
As far as suing or filing charges, I don't think I want to do that. I just want him to admit what he did and fix it or go over it with another tatoo that looks suitable for an animal free of charge. There are no mental damages done to Buttercup just a little physical damage to his skin because of that stupid thing. I'm changing vets. One who doesn't have the balls to admit to what he did is not the one I would want taking care of my pets.
He even told me it's nothing to worry about because it's not visible to people or dogs. HA! Who does he think he is?!? A dog has their dignity too!
