Might I suggest since the baby is two days old take her in for a vet check he needs to see her since the little brother died, if the vet believes she is doing fine and in good health, have her tail cropped and declaws removed, should be done 3-5 days anyway.

I would also suggest take in the mommy, she should be checked out..your puppy not properly feeding from the mom could be life or death this young.

You can suppliment using esbilac, I mix it with goats milk they seem to love it if you cant find that mix it with condensed milk.

hope this helps, I would get vet attention right away you dont want to lose the last little baby.
