It could still be hypoglycemia or liver shunt or MVD, she needs to have her bile acids tested. You also ran a HUGE risk of losing her by not taking her into the vet. The next time this happens please please rush her to the vet even if it is an emergency vet. If this has happened before then you have a really big problem. I just don't see how giving her water is going to be any help. When she is in that condition she could go into seizures or a coma and she would be gone before you know it. Learn from our experience and prevent the lose of your baby.
