Alienate my fiance and in-laws?
First of all, the FIANCE is the reason joey is hurt..or have you forgotten that? He should have been the one to tell his parents that they cannot go because of this situation.
I dont know how her relationship is, but my fiance and in-laws are very loving, caring, compassionate people. They would understand if we couldnt go becaues one of our babies was hurt.
I wouldnt wanna be associated with anyone who couldnt understand that or who would try and guilt trip me for being a good mom!
Yes, I do have kids, and I would never leave them. My kids come first. Before myself, my fiance, my parents, etc. I always have and always will put their needs before mine. Anyone who can't accept that does not need to be a part of my life...period!
I am my own person and I make my own decisions. I dont live my life worrying about what other's think.
We all want to be accepted, but at what price?
