Well you know what after i bought skoshi and talked to his breeder later on i called him and she was at a dog auction when i called and i could hear dogs barking and lots of people. I think you should report this woman so they can at least investigate her and check out the dogs and see if they are ok.
Did you ever see the parents of the puppies?
Most breeders have nice houses because they get so much money from using up these poor dogs, and they keep all the dogs in the basement or garage or shack out back.
it is very important not only to see the parents to see if they look healthy and well taken care of but to also see the living conditions.
dont be afraid to ask if they are caged or have run or the house.
you have a right to know who you are supporting.
