We had neighbors living below us like that. They would even come up and cuss out the kids when they thought they were being too loud. That was carrying it a little TOO far. My hubby let them know what he thought of that!
Well, we were in the process of having a home built and on the day we began packing we made sure to drop every pot and pan we had in the house! ...among other things!
I know that's mean, but it felt soooo good..
