Luca Dean was 3.5 when we got him 3 weeks ago and is up to 4 lbs now, and I've had no trouble, but I feed him about 3x a day and have sometimes put kayro in his water. In your case, I would consider giving nutrical, especially before bedtime, so his sugar doesn't drop during the night. If it passed and he seems okay now, that's a very good sign. thanks so much...... i did have the nutrical but recently ran out and have to get more.... your right about him being smaller, it could be the case....
