Sounds like pups are ready to wean. Continue to offer them goats milk and puppy food (ground kibble) just make sure that it's not to dry. They may want something to chew on while they teeth so try a bit of dry kibble in small bites. Have it around through out the day and see what they think. I've found that mine prefer dry very quickly. Don't be surprised if mom vomits up some food for them, it's nature's way.
