I have nightmares a lot about Tobey getting hit by a car. when he was 3 or 4 months old, he got out the front door somehow while i was planting flowers in the front yard, I tried to call him and get him to come to me, but he kept running around the yard like it was a fun game! Then, out of the corner of my eye I see a car coming down the street- a small hill just before our house- it was like slow motion... I felt so helpless because he just kept running all around. To my horror he ran straight out in the street just as the car was coming right for him! I screamed and in that second, he turned around about a foot from the wheel of the car! the ladies driving stopped and helped me catch him. they were so worried because they didn't see him until it was too late and they were worried when i screamed they had hit him. Since then I have horrible dreams that it happens all over again but he really gets hit. I don't know what I would do if I ever lost him!!
