No, I'm not sure if she is actually reputable. I posted to see if anyone here has had any experience with her, but I didn't get any replies yet. She's not willing to let me buy the dog since I'm not local. I started getting annoyed with her emails, and this was the last correspondence I had with her:

YA KNOW I WONT EMAIL YOU AGAIN AND I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU ....YOU MUST BE A LONELY ANGRY PERSON TO BE SO FULL OF HATE AND DOUBT. I HAVE NO ONE TO FOOL. I HOPE GOD BLESSES YOU WITH A PET SO YOU CAN HAVE SOMETHING TO LOVE AND I DO HOPE THAT IS WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH THEM AND NOT TRY TO RULE AND CONTROL THEM. GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS YOU NEED IT.
