My heart goes out to you. I wish you the best, it is hard when you are down on your luck but you will get through this. I thought I was going to lose my house when my son was about 2. I was all by myself just doing everything I could but never getting caught up. I was depressed, scared to death but working so hard I almost never saw my son. My mortgage company worked through it with me and I could not have felt better. I was VERY lucky that my mortgage company was so amazing!! PM if you need a talk
