If nothing else his eyes are clear , his body is clean and his nails done. He does love and miss them. I am going to ask that if they need some help with him to please call anytime. I also told animal control so they can monitor them and maybe offer help if they cannot do it theirselves.

you are so sweet to offer to do this, please take animal control aside and let them know of the horrible matting and the toe-nails. They are normally very good with elderly people, but this woman needs to know her dog needs care too
and even if you shaved my dog, I would be upset, but be OVERJOYED that you found him and he is healthy. Hair will grow
