If nothing else his eyes are clear , his body is clean and his nails done. He does love and miss them. I am going to ask that if they need some help with him to please call anytime. I also told animal control so they can monitor them and maybe offer help if they cannot do it theirselves.

oh wow - I almost wish it ISN't Them cause it doesn't sound like he's getting very good care
.... and they keep him outside ? That's awful for any small dog to have to deal with.
I don't understand people....why get a little one if you aren't going to keep them inside with you where they LIKE to be ? Poor guy....If it's them, please have a long talk with her and all the best to you. You went above and beyond and I hope he's going to be ok.
