None.
Shoplifters are not dangerous either, but repeat offenders get jail time.
Being scared and not being able to shop is NOT a medical condition last time I checked and I am certain they're plenty of folks who are plenty scared and stressed and depressed because they are in jail.
In shared cells in the regular jail population.
No one is saying they can be "reassigned" to house arrest.
Her "medical" condition did not stop her from attending events, parties and going shopping in the weeks leading up to her jail time. |
My Best Friends sister died because of a Drunk Driver.
I am not a fan of Paris... the only thing that would cause me to be okay with the house arrest thing is that they say the normal sentence is for the amount she stayed in jail. I dont feel she should be punished more or less because of who she is. Her poops stinks just like everyone elses.
