 Pad Training Spray - A Treat?????!!!!!
Sargie appeared to be half-trained when I got him at 4 months - never goes in a bed, on a sofa, etc.; gets up in the middle of the night and goes on the pad (or, at times, on a throw rug near the pad by mistake). But he still (after a month) leaves the droppings on throw rugs around the house (usually near, but almost never on, the pad). I figured, well, everyone says this is a lonnng process...could be a lot worse. Then I read about the spray and buy the spray. What does he do? He starts licking it madly off the pad. And the old habits continue!
Are there any other stories out there of puppies liking the taste of the spray? I note it has "fatty acids" in it...but...c'mon!? |
