I am a little disappointed, Today was Gracie's first visit to the vet and it was awful. Gracie was a little nervous, so she was crying and the first thing that the vet did when she came into the room was grab her and squeeze her mouth closed and tell her to STOP!!!

that made my baby even more nervous but she kept doing it over and over again

until she realized that she was not going to stop crying. My poor baby was so scared.

She asked me not to comfort her because that would be encouraging her to keep crying

Then she started telling me that I had to maker her understand that she was a dog and that humans are the boss!!

, so she had to listen and be nice to every human to make it easier for them to treat her when she gets sick.

I asked her what was I suppose to do about the potty training, and she told me that I had to punish her, that I had to put her in her kennel and leave her there if she does not listen to me and every time I found some of her little accidents around the house to get Gracie show her what she did, tell her that she was a bad girl, flick her in her lower jaw and punish her.

So tell me guys am I overreacting or are all vets like that?
I did not like the way she treated Gracie I mean maybe if she was friendly towards Gracie would have felt more comfortable and maybe she would have stopped crying!!!!!! She was so rude! I think she was having a bad day and she took it out on Gracie. I also asked her about Gracie's weigh because she is 3 pounds and she is only 9 weeks old, and she told that I should not worry because Yorkies usually do not exceed 25 pounds.

So what do you guys think? What should I do?
