Definitely part short haired Chihuahua. The pictures you were looking at were probably Yorkies mixed with long haired Chihuahuas. Try this link for pictures of pups who are part yorkie and part short haired chihuahua. They do look like your little one. This page also shows pure Yorkie pups so you can see the difference.
