I agree, each pup is different. We got Zoe when she was 12.5 wks old and for the first week, I would get up during the night and take her out but since then, I have not needed to. I do get up at 6:15 and take her out first thing and the only thing I have to be careful of is that she has such a full bladder that if she gets too excited or my older dog comes down and she gets all excited she will "leak".
