I don't know why she said they had heartworms and ringworms when it's VERY obvious they have never been to a Vet. I think when she saw them all cleaned up she decided to just tell you that so you wouldn't take them. She NEEDS to be slapped in jail, and those pups need to be taken out of there ASAP!!!!!!
