bumping this up for you... Did your vet tell you if you can give a bland diet of boiled chicken and plain white rice? That might be okay for an upset tummy, but do some research on it first. As far as the vitamins go, I can tell you from experience that if I take vitamins on an empty stomach, they make me nauseous and sick. I HAVE to take them after a full meal, not just a glass of milk or a bit of yogurt. Maybe that's why he's vomitting after you give him his vitamins. And the yogurt, make sure it's plain and non-fat organic. maybe that would be better on his tummy. I'm so sorry that you're dealing with this. It must be so hard to see your baby have blood in his stool all the time and diarrhea and vomitting. I hate when i see blood in Miko's stool. Sometimes, that happens to him as well..
