Wobie bites when he's having fun, too. He doesn't break the skin or anything, but I have small bruises on my arms and hands from his nips when he's playing. I've just been doing the typical, telling him no, then ignoring him thing, but I think since yours seems to be a dominance issue, its much more serious. Sorry I'm not more help.
