 Try Kid's N Pets
If it's as bad as you say then you will probably never get rid of the smell, but as for the stains go try Kid's n Pets! I bought it at Wal-Mart yesterday and I think it works very well on stains. I put it on some of Sophies accidents and I tried to smell it today and I can't smell any urine. It contains powerful synergistic (meaning working together) formula of high speed natural liquid enzymes, isopropyl alcohol, surfactants (thats a detergent), water and nautral citrus scent.
