Thank all of you for your sugesstions. We will go back to being tied to me and in the crate when I am busy. We reach a point where she has not gone in the house for a few days and I let her have some freedom and she is OK for a day or two and then she starts going in the house again. I have stood outside with her for 10 minutes and she goes but then when we come back in maybe 30 minutes to a hour later she will go again in the house sonow I take her out twice. This has been going on for over a year. I have stood outside in snow, sleet, freezing rain etc and she is worth every minute of it but I want a dog I can allow the freedom of my home.
