I am so heatsore for you and your precious little Nicky. Hugs to you and sending prayers for your baby's safe return. Don't give up hope, there have been cases posted here of Yorkies missing for days, and then being found.
Go back to places you have searched before. You never know. Are there any service dogs in your area that are used for seeking/searching. You could give them one of your baby's blankets/toys to sniff and then seek.
