Actually, I am from a heavy family. I work hard to keep off the weight, still go up and down. My boys lean towards heavy also. (actually we use the word heavy and do consider 'fat' undesirable.) My son called his brother fat, I told him - I dont call my sister fat - it is rude. He says - Aunt Gail isn't fat! (she is about 300#) I found that a positive. |
