I can understand so many of the things posted..I grew up with both of my parents being hispanic..just not to the world..you see my mother looks like a dark complexion black woman..and my dad looks white. I look like NEITHER ..LOL I , am tan and basically now I love myself ..but school was horrible.."what are you mixed with was common.". for me to hear..but I didnt realize I was MIXED with anything..I just had two parents that were different shades..but both very strong in our culture.
I have a son who is dark complexion and get this..my ex- husband is white... so we have heard it all..most people ASSUME we (his parents) are babysitting OUR son.. so we have heard it all.. !
