Okay, I know most of us know to keep our dogs away from dog foods that contain BHA/BHT and ethoxyquin, right? Well, have you ever looked at your own foods?? Usually my husband and I rarely, if ever eat frozen pizza, but last night, we were at the grocery store and we were hungry so we bought a frozen pizza. Well, after dinner, I was putting the box in the recycle bin, when I started reading the label. BHA and BHT are in it!!! This is a major frozen pizza company with commercials everywhere...If it's in frozen pizza, I guarantee that it's in many other foods...
We need to take care of ourselves also. I just thought I would put this reminder/warning to everyone out there. Let's me more health conscious about ourselves also
