Hi... I'm not looking for another puppy right now, but I enjoy surfing the web just to look at dogs, and breeders sites (though many of them are questionable!). I ran across a site that had moms and dads on site. Both were AKC, but she said she was going to register the puppies from them with CKC....why would someone do this? Is it cheaper, or different standards, or what? I don't get it.

I'm just curious....
