I'm sorry but as you read and learn from this site you will see that a petstore is a petstore is a petstore. It doesn't matter the name - ours was Petland. If it's a petstore - they are pet BROKERS. period! They are buying them from PUPPYMILLS, BACK YARD BREEDERS (byb), or PUPPYBROKERS. The ONLY way to get a puppy that isn't from one of the above is to "know" the breeder yourself. Please do a search for puppymills. Please see where they get these poor puppies from. Please don't ever think for one minute that any of these places cares about your puppy - they DON"T. They only care about MONEY. Many of us have fallen for the same thing - but please don't let it blind you into thinking what they are doing is OK. Please educate yourselves and pass it on to others. I can't find one decent, ethical breeder that would sell a puppy to a petstore... so where do you think they get them? PLEASE check out the links that I have provided below.
