I think the key to losing weight or staying thin is "everything in moderation". I personally don't like the diets where you have to completely stop eating from one food group...I just can't see that being healthy at all.

Try to eat small meals throughout the day and have little snacks throughout it to keep your metabolism going. For example, have a small breakfast, then a couple of hours later, juice some fruits and veggies and drink that. Then a couple of hours later, have lunch. Then a couple of hours later, and so on. This really helps. At each meal, don't eat until you're full, just until you're satisfied so that you can have a little snack in a little while.

I don't like diets, I think we just have to be healthier about what we eat. Like
WV Yorkies said, stay away from processed foods. Cut out soda or anything like that and drink water instead

You seriously don't have to worry about losing weight though!! You look awesome!

I agree with EVERYTHING you said. This works for me too.

Portion control, eating often, eating healthy, drinking enough water, and WRITE it down so you're more conscious of what you eat.

My main thing that works is eat often. Don't let yourself get to the point where you're STARVING. I eat oatmeal or whole wheat toast w/natural PB for breakfast, then a yogurt of piece of fruit around 9-10. Then for lunch I'll eat a "Lean Cuisine" type frozen meal, and around 3 I'll have crackers and natural PB, two ounces of lowfat cheese, or a piece of fruit. Dinner always includes protein, carbs, veggies and dairy in some form.

Oh, and I DON'T eat red meat or regular soda. Period. Soda is loaded with calories and sugar. If I'm going to take in those kind of calories, it better be in the form of red wine Red meat is out-I haven't eaten it since I was 11. I DO eat all types of fish and seafood, and some chicken-maybe 2-3 servings per week. Soy products are great for getting extra protein.

I'm 25, and have gained only about 12-15 pounds since leaving high school. I can still wear into my h.s. graduation dress! (not that I want to...it's probably not stylish, but I keep it just to try on!)

Finally, remember that you look great-and you're working to keep yourself feeling great! We all have ups and downs, but be positive-you are investing your time and energy in your most prized posession: your body!

Good luck!
