Villette - Weight Watchers

Besides what everyone else said:
Write down everything you eat
Eat frequently - every 2 hours (some can get away with the 3 meals and snacks... for me it was about "grazing" small frequent healthy snacking on a regulated basis then you actually don't GET hungry)
Don't deny yourself - use portion control
