I'm doing Weight Watchers now and to be honest sometimes get off track but for the most part it is working. Some of their receipes are very good but I don't care for their bars cookies etc . that they have available at the meetings. I find eating multiple times during the day works better for me, that way I never reach STARVING. For instance, oatmeal for breakfast, then around 9 a lowfat yogurt, then a noon 2 slices of WW bread with 1 point of low faqt deli lunch meat, then 3 an orange, apple or other fruit with low fat cheese then dinner, later maybe a low calorie desert or popcorn. Another thing I find great (because there are no kids around to grab them) is 100 cal portions of things like cookies or wheat thins. Many times what we feel is hunger is actually thirst (do forget your water). Since I have been on WW my husband is gaining weight. With only two of us, receipes usually say "serves 4" so I eat one portion and he finishes the other 3

. Now is a great time to diet, there are so many great fresh fruits and veggies out but winter is boring.
