V, I think you looked great in those pictures!!! I don't know what you're talking about losing weight for.

I think the key to losing weight or staying thin is "everything in moderation". I personally don't like the diets where you have to completely stop eating from one food group...I just can't see that being healthy at all.

Try to eat small meals throughout the day and have little snacks throughout it to keep your metabolism going. For example, have a small breakfast, then a couple of hours later, juice some fruits and veggies and drink that. Then a couple of hours later, have lunch. Then a couple of hours later, and so on. This really helps. At each meal, don't eat until you're full, just until you're satisfied so that you can have a little snack in a little while.

I don't like diets, I think we just have to be healthier about what we eat. Like
WV Yorkies said, stay away from processed foods. Cut out soda or anything like that and drink water instead

You seriously don't have to worry about losing weight though!! You look awesome!
