Drink a ton of water (at least 64 oz a day)...it really does speed up your metabolism and helps you feel full.
I've always had to watch my weight since I was in my teens and recently since I had my back injury I must exercise at least 5 times a week to strengthen my back and keep my core strong, otherwise I'll be in pain and have difficulty moving (and I've been pain free and medication free for the past 2.5 months.) The exercise gives me energy but the water is what I think makes the difference. My skin even seems to glow when I drink lots of water and I seem to lose weight without even trying when I drink more water. So drink up, V
