Eat fresh food. Try to stay away from packaged processed food. Only eat carbs from fruits and veggies. If you don't like water try decaf ice tea with splenda it counts as water intake.
This is how I eat everyday. I had Gastric bypass 3 years ago and this is how I keep from gaining weight. I haven't gained any and alot of people gain 20-50 pounds back after 2 years.
Alot of people think I tool the easy way out but I have dieted everyday for 3 years. The first year was the surgery now it is me.
