When I got my shih poo he had an eye infection. Watery, kind of cloudy, greenish, and he started to not open it all the way. I know in people medicine, colored discharge of any kind can indicate infection. One very incompetent vet even told me he had a cataract. Went to a better vet, got some ointment and everything cleared up. I wouldn't wait, take that baby to the vet and get some medicine. Hope its better soon.
