According to the groomer, my dog fell off the table and the table collapsed on him killing him. My vet had an autopsy done and drug screening - to no avail. I called the local Humane Animal Abuse Agency and they "looked into it, but found nothing". I was sooooo devastated. I do understand how you feel though. Please spread the word about the groomers. Call the local TV station and let them know. Maybe they would be willing to do a special on it.

My hugs and my thoughts and my prayers are said for you and the baby today. My Tullie sends her good thoughts and prayers also.
Oh, my Lord! I just read that to my husband and my daughter and now my husband said maybe Keisha slipped off the table too and she's hurt! Your story just made me cry, in case I'm not sad enough these past few days. My heartfelt sympathy to you too, even though it's a bit late!

And to everyone else, yes, I'm so tempted to report this incident to the local police here. I'm glad the vet has seen Keisha and is fully aware of her condition.

At this point, I don't think Keisha will be able to go to another groomer for a very long time and we'll probably have to learn how to groom her ourselves. In fact, I almost tempted to do Ralphie myself too.

My daughter had the right idea: you mistreat a dog...you deserve the same treatment back!
