OMG!!! I don't know - the only groomer that I've been 100% happy with is no longer on this side of town - infact, I don't know where she is. I asked the owners daughter where she went but only got a "she no longer works here - she's in Henderson". I've been back and used 2 other groomers and a mobile groomer. Can't say that any of them made me very happy. The mobile groomer, who is a lady at work's daughter, was supposed to be "great" at doing Yorkies... I always ask because I realize that they are harder to cut especially a cotton coat - but she cut her like a Shih Tzu!!! Ewww! (sorry not offense to Shih Tzu owners but - she's a Yorkie!) Anyway, I always stay for the entire ordeal and have a typed up list of what to do and what not to do. They haven't shaved her but I do know she's felt violated. I guess I'll have to invest in the CD about grooming her.
So sorry about your furbaby. I hope she feels better and nothing more comes up.
