Oh my heavens. What a horrible experience for all of you.
I would see that that groomer would not cut another hair on any
dog again. Please report that incident to the local police. That is
animal abruse. How painful is must be for Ralphie. Poor baby.
I would take her to court! No way should she be allowed around
dogs.
