Well, you could try taking a slightly used pee pad with you when you travel. Put it in a bathroom and maybe she will get the idea. As far as the privacy thing goes, that is a real issue, something that should have been addressed on day one. For that, I think you may need the individual assistance of a trainer or animal behaviorist to get her to go in "public". Like others have said, maybe you should start over with potty training and try to get her to go outside. Take her to a park where lots of dogs visit. She just might get the idea.
