It sure looks like it - they've been TERRIBLE and hiding their animal testing practices for years ...In this day and age there is no reason a makeup company should be doing this and it makes me sick what these dogs go thru -

ANYONE WHO NEEDS MORE INFO on ANIMAL TESTING can just type in IAMS Cruelty - you'll get sick but it's a reality of life for these poor animals
