Hi guys, I don't know how many of you read my post about my neighbors knowing I have one dog more than I am supposed to have according to my town. I was just curious about a kenneling license... I'm not going to breed or sell, but it seems like obtaining that license and paying the extra money may be the situation that I need to legally prevent me from having any future problems.

Can anyone tell me more about it? How hard it is to get, what is required, can it be issued in a town/city? How long does it take to go into effect?

Thank you guys so much, I've been crying all night over this, and so stressed out.
