I just did a google search on the normal for glucose it said something like 67-125, that sounds more normal to me...but I'm dealing with a full grown dog that eats well not a 2 pound puppy that might not be able to keep food down, or not eating...Call them...see what her glucose level is now and have they been able to get her to eat? Winston acts totally normal when his sugar is back up, and it takes less then a half hour...he'll be up running around like usual. The 1st time I took him to the vet, I had no idea what was wrong, I thought epilepsy...Vet said his sugar was like 30 something, they started IV treatment, he stopped seizing...he ate for them and they sent him home, with instructions to feed him more frequent meals...luckily he's been seizure free now for a couple months. So what I'm trying to say is if she's eating, and her sugar is up, and has stayed up I think if she's not totally "out of it" you'd feel better having her home with you. But if there's any question...won't eat, can't keep it down...her sugar may "REBOUND" and drop again...that's what they want to prevent. So use common sense...and leave her there if theres a chance she won't be able to retain a normal blood sugar...
