Thank you so so much, that is a fabulous idea about the vet records... that way I can continue to bring her to the vet that I like but not be worried about getting into trouble.
I really hate dog limits. People that want to hoard will do it no matter what, but people like myself who have 1 small dog over the limit have to worry constantly about it. My dogs are my kids and are treated w/the best medical care, food, kept well groomed and are for the most part very well mannered. It just makes me so sad
