Wow! That's great though! My dad is more than happy to register Kenzie for us, he has no animals and lives 3 blocks away. That was pretty much always going to be the plan. Our vet knows we have 4 dogs and doesn't seem to think it weird at all, regardless of the city limit.
I just more don't know what to do if animal control comes knocking saying I have to get rid of a dog
