It is not normal for a 7 month old to be experiencing hypoglycemia so often if he is eating. You diagnosed his hypoglycemia from looking at a web site but MANY other diseases have the same symptoms and some can also result in low glucose levels such as liver shunt, HMD/MVD, Hydrocephalus, Hypocalcemia, problems with the central nervous system, or spinal cord disorders.
If he is experiencing hypoglycemia this often at 7 months then there is most likely an underlying cause such as liver disease. An abnormal liver will cause low glucose levels. Other causes could be Addison's disease, Hypopituitarism, diabetes, or kidney problems to name a few.
I guess my point is to take him to a vet as soon as possible because this is not normal and is a very serious issue and your baby is way too adorable to lose!
