There was nothing wrong with what you said to her. You should not have to justify why you bought the dog and.....it really is non of her business what you do with YOUR money. Perhaps she is actually jealous that you have such a cute little dog.
I believe that I read on here that someones response was to the cost spent on the dog that others spend that much for weeks holiday and a companion animal gives so much more for many years. I have borrowed that line to shut others up....lol
My neighbour admitted that she was very jealous of my having Mya, well her husband did as she stopped talking to me. I found them an affordable yorkie puppy from the same breeder. |
