some can retain their baby canines the big teeth there are only 4 of them but more than that seems to many to me to be pulled the baby teeth do not have roots in the gums they come out with a strong yank with little bleeding should be abouot $12-$25 for sedation about $10 per tooth and about $$100 for neuter american so that all seems to much and i would look elsewhere
