The fact is that pork liver is actually one of the worst things for a dog with these kinds of stones. It's very high in purines and it's also medium oxalate, so whether your dog has urate or calcium oxalate stones, it's bad for them. And it's very high in fat...
Me too, I can't feed dog food anymore.
