Keep in mind also that if enough people from one area are traveling as a group you can get airfare at a discount..also if you know anyone who works for the airlines you can try an get a buddy pass if you have the flexibility of traveling ..I love the idea and yes if we are able to find a pet friendly hotel..they should have a room we can use for vendors etc and they may even know of some pet parks in the area of their hotel!! Anything I can do to help please count me in!!!!
